Your Role

As a Business Intelligence Analyst, you will help shape the organization’s data strategy. You will support the strategic and business development as well as the operational side of the organization, and manage reporting projects from the inception phase to their final implementation and dissemination.


Whenever it comes to customer and regional management reporting, you will be the central contact person, sounding board and advisor for the business. In the first phase, you will need to understand the upstream and downstream business and discuss internally the reporting requirements of all stakeholders (commercial directors, customers, etc…). You will assess, capture, and translate business processes and requirements into a structured analytics use case.


You stimulate data-driven working with a range of different tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.) and dashboards for the business while ensuring you create robust documentation of solutions and underlying design decisions and operating procedures.


You contribute to the further development of the data structures and the professionalization of all tools, dashboards and reports.


You will be based in Aartselaar.

Your profile

  • Experienced in BI concepts, database technology, data modelling, ETL, SQL and reporting and visualization tools (such as Tableau)
  • University degree or equivalent experience. Strong professional experience with project leadership – leading force within data infrastructure and responsible for data quality
  • Strong management and interpersonal skills with the ability to translate complex findings and analysis to a business audience
  • Intellectual curiosity combined with outstanding analytical skills
  • Continuous improvement – always looking for structural, qualitative improvements of the BI
  • Fluent in English and preferably Dutch.
