Your RESPONSIBILITIES

During a period of 2 years you will be offered a trainee program “on the job” in our office in Aartselaar.

 

Every 6 months, you will rotate in following departments: Customer Service, Asset Control, Transport Planning and S&OP (Sales and Operations Planning).

 

You will get to know the different teams, deep dive in their tasks and responsibilities and develop the needed competencies and skills. You will become a valuable member in different teams and be able to provide back-up.

 

This will allow you to understand the bigger picture of our business and get familiar with different processes and procedures. This knowledge will enable you to actively contribute to improvement projects and other initiatives to increase efficiency.

 

Your reporting line will be the manager of every department you will support.

 

After fulfilling this trainee-ship you will be ready to take up a role in line with the insights and skills you have gained in our international and fast growing company.

Your profile

  • You have recently completed a Bachelor’s degree preferably in the direction of supply chain or logistics.
  • Professional experience is not a must.
  • Your drive and eagerness to learn that allows you to adapt quickly, reach goals and bring your job to a higher level.
  • You are social, flexible and can work both independently as in a team.
  • You have strong analytical, communication and problem-solving skills.
  • You have a very good knowledge of English (written as well as spoken). Knowledge of German, French and/or Spanish are a big plus.
